No, you are not required to be at home during the clean, its down to customer choice. All our cleaners are DBS checked and insured so can be trusted with customers keys if needed and we sign keys in and out so we are aware who is responsible for them, providing our customers peace of mind.
Payment is required on the day of the clean, unless a payment plan has been set up differently as agreed. No cleaners deal with the payment of cleans, invoices are issued to customers.
Our customers don't need to provide products or equipment, we provide everything required.
We treat all our customers fairly, like all business we have terms and conditions and our company policies can be found on our policies page. However if you wish to cancel, we ask for a months notice.
You will have a dedicated cleaner for all cleans. We have the option for cleaners who work individually and also in pairs, dependent on availability.
If you'd prefer to arrange another day suitable so you can have your cleaner we would be happy too - alternatively we will provide you with another cleaner to cover.
Yes we have all the correct company insurance for our business.
We ask you review our cancellation policy and follow the guidelines, which can be found on our policies page.
We are happy to clean our customers homes if they have pets. However we ask you to inform us beforehand of your pets behavior to ensure our cleaners safety. Should they not be friendly we ask they are either supervised at all times, or placed in a secure designated area whilst the clean is completed.
