Payment/Cancellation Policy
Payment is required on the day of the clean, customer invoicing will be issued via email.
Commercial payments differ due to terms and conditions, which will be agreed upon request.
Customers will be charged 50% of the cleaning fee for a cancellation with less than 48 hours notice.
Customers will be charged 100% of the cleaning fee for a cancellation with less than 24 hours notice.
Please note that should you wish to cancel all cleans moving forward, we kindly ask you to provide a minimum of one months notice. Please get in touch with our office via email or phone to do so.
It is not compulsory for our staff to work on bank holidays and as an appreciation of their commitment there will be an additional charge for our services, 25% will be added to your final invoice should you wish to go ahead with your clean.
All payments must be completed on the same day that the cleaning services are carried out. Failure to make payment on the day of your clean will result in a £5 late fee charge.
