Once customers have agreed on the service they need, it is required that the Cleaning Service Agreement Form be completed and signed. This document represents an agreement between HJ Cleaning Co and the client and is a commitment between both parties. This form is essential before any service from HJ Cleaning Co can take place.
HJ Cleaning Co shall not be liable under any circumstances for any loss, damage, expenses or compensation suffered by the client. Please be aware this will also include breakages and accidents in domestic customers homes. The responsibility falls under the home owners insurance.
All emails and enquires will be responded to between the hours of 9-5 Monday-Friday. Anything outside of these hours will be responded to on the next working day.
Complaints must be submitted in writing within 24hrs of the service being completed. Failure to do so, any services completed will be considered satisfactory unless notified within a reasonable time frame. HJ Cleaning Co will then investigate and attempt to resolve any complaints.
HJ Cleaning Co are committed to ensuring that the security of all keys, safe box codes and any other personal client information is kept confidential at all times.
HJ Cleaning Co have the right to leave during a clean, or refuse to return at any point, if they feel uncomfortable, threatened or are mistreated physically or verbally. This will result in any agreement being terminated with immediate effect.
HJ Cleaning Co does not operate on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day. If your clean is scheduled on these days, we can arrange an alternative day and time.
